Whoever shows up after 1 PM on May 15 will be considered a no-show, and his place will be given to a car on the waiting list.  The participation fees will not be reimbursed.

WHERE WILL THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL CHECKS TAKE PLACE? (See attached plan)

The administrative and technical checks at will take place at the Mille Miglia Paddock, at:

Fiera di Brescia (Brescia Trade Fair Grounds)
Via Caprera, 5
25125 Brescia

Take the A4 Milano-Venezia (Milan to Venice) highway and exit at Brescia-Ovest.  After paying toll, keep going straight towards the city center (in Italian, “direzione centro”).  At the roundabout, take the first road on your right.

WHERE DO I PARK AT MILLE MIGLIA PADDOCK?

Keep your copy of the attached email where your rally number is listed, always close at hand, and make a copy of it for all the cars that are with you or are providing support.

Once you have reached the Mille Miglia Paddock entrance, you will be assisted by personnel who once you have shown them the attached email, will then indicate the area designated for your car.  Parking at the Mille Miglia Paddock  is free of charge until the beginning of the rally.

CLASSIC CARS IN THE RALLY (see attached plan 2)
If your car is an Alfa Romeo, Ferrari, Mercedes-Benz, Lancia, Fiat, Jaguar/SS or Audi/Auto Union, you are to park it in the area dedicated to the Joint Presenting Sponsors, P5.

HOW DO THE ADMINISTRATIVE AND TECHNICAL CHECKS TAKE PLACE?

All pedestrian pathways will be marked and you will find personnel who will assist you by indicating the correct sequence to be followed for the checks.  These are listed in plan 3 from number 1 to number 10.

ADMINISTRATIVE CHECKS

Do not forget your driver’s license, car insurance, and medical certificate stating that you have no health problems.  You will also need a valid CSAI license, a one-off (one event) CSAI card valid just for this event (available for 12 euros), or an equivalent  international license.  Drivers of accompanying cars or support cars will need to show their driver’s license as well.

The checks will take place at the Desk (marked with yellow circle number 1 on the floor plan) on the ground floor of office building of the Mille Miglia Paddaock.  You will need to show your driver’s license, as well as the driver’s licenses of all the drivers with you—both support cars and accompanying cars--and your car insurance.  You will also need a valid international sports license equivalent to a CSAI license.  One event CSAI cards valid for just this event will be available for 12 euros.  These will be availbable in room 1a, upon presentation of a medical certificate (in Italian, English, French, Spanish, German or Portuguese) stating that you have no major health problems.  If you do not have a medical certificate with you, a doctor will be available to give you a quick medical examination and provide you with the certificate at a fee (he can be found at circle 1b on the plan).  At the accreditation desk, you will receive a magnetic card, passes, and vouchers for hotel and restaurant services that you have booked, and also for the parking areas in Brescia, Ferrara and Rome.
If you have bought the hospitality package for your accompanying drivers and support crews, they will also pick up their papers here (remember that all drivers, irrespective as to whether they have bought the hospitality package, must show their driver’s license at circle 1 indicated on the plan).
On the floor above, you will receive the text of the Clerk of the Course’s Briefing (circle number 3) and you will have to sign for it, (it is already available for perusal on internet).  All drivers (competitors, support and accompanying cars) wishing to do so can then see a video in English and Italian (4 on your plan).  The Clerk of the Course or one of his deputies will be available to answer any of the competitors’ questions (5).
MATERIAL PICK-UP POINTS: Leave the building (6) for the material pick-up point (7) where you will receive time and distance tables, your rally numbers, the roadbook, the rally license plate, the stickers and some of the gifts.
Accompanying and support cars will receive the assistance car stickers that you have reserved, as well as the stickers for the parking areas of the Mille Miglia Paddock after the start of the rally.  In case you don’t have any assistance car sticker it will still be possible to buy one here (for 180,00 euros) and parking stickers for transportation trucks and support vehicles with or without trailers (50 euros per car + trailer, 150 euros for all others).
