The following optional additional services can be included in the package by requesting them on-line on the entry application form. These must however be paid for immediately upon entry acceptance - after January 31st and before March 31st - as they will be assigned on a first come -first served basis.
After March 31st, for organizational motives, it will no longer be possible to purchase any of these services. The only exception to this will be the “bollo” (car sticker) for support vehicles, which may be bought at the Brescia Trade Fair.
- Hotel rooms: The option of two single rooms instead of one double with a supplement of € 1,815.00 (i.e. in addition to the € 7,260.00 standard entry fee).
- Extra stay in a hotel in Brescia: The option of staying in a hotel a few days before (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday) or after the event (Sunday, Monday), at the following rates:

- Hospitality Package for your Support Crew: The option of having a support crew (the personnel responsible for the technical and mechanical assistance of the entered cars) taken care of by the Organization.

Only one support crew will be allowed per car entered in the event. Each support car crew member will receive:
- Three light dinners (in Brescia 17th and 19th May, in Rome 18th May)
- Three nights in a hotel with continental breakfast included (17th – 18th – 19th May)
- Welcome snack in their hotel in Ferrara
- Two buffet lunches
- Aperitif and lunch in Brescia May 20th
- The road book
- The numbered assistance (support vehicle) sticker
- The necessary passes
- Access to the parking areas under security surveillance during the night

- Hospitality Package for your Accompanying Car Crew: The option of having your accompanying car crew taken care of by the Organization at the following rates:

Each accompanying car crew member will receive:
- Welcome coffee at the Brescia Trade Fair (Fiera di Brescia)

- Three nights in a hotel with continental breakfast included (17th – 18th – 19th May)
- Two buffet lunches
- Invitations to the Teatro Grande di Brescia for the Awards Ceremony on May 20th
- Aperitif and lunch in Brescia May 20th
- The road book
- The numbered sticker for accompanying cars
- The necessary passes
Parking for your transportation truck and other support vehicles with or without trailers. This option allows you to park the above in the grounds of the Brescia Trade Fair, with security surveillance, for the following fees: Car + trailer € 65.00; other €195.00. The schedule for their stay in the fenced outdoor car park is from 11 pm on Thursday May 17th to 12 noon on Monday May 21st , 2012.
- Purchase of the road book and sticker for a support vehicle: the option of purchasing the road book and sticker for €360.00 without the hospitality package. Since this price does not include food and lodging, it will be necessary for you to take care of this for your crew.
- A saloon car placed at your disposal: This option includes your own personal steward/interpreter, allowing you to accompany the participating cars during the whole event. The car will serve as your personal shuttle, take you to the airport, transport your luggage, and give additional assistance to you and your crew. Costs start at € 4,435.00.
