4) Supplementary Regulations - Art. 5 - Route The final version of the route is that specified in the attached timing and distances table and that indicated in the official event road book. The time card and the road have been created on the basis of this route. The start will be in Brescia at 7.00 pm (instead of 6.30 pm) on Thursday the 12th of May 2011 and the finish will be in Brescia, from 10.15 pm (instead of 10.30 pm) on Saturday the 14th of May 2011. The subsequent two paragraphs of Article 5 remain unchanged. 5) Supplementary Regulations - Art. 14 – Obligatory for drivers To be added: Along with the GPS device, a transponder will be fitted in the car. This will serve to signal the car’s race number and transmit it to the instruments used for timekeeping. During the scrutineering, technicians will place a strip of velcro in the car and will provide you with all the information you’ll need, along with details on the device. While you’re lining up in Viale Venezia in Brescia, technicians will fit the transponder into your car. It must remain there for the duration of the event and must be handed back at the final time control at the finish line. 6) Supplementary Regulations - Art. 15 - Penalties - 15.6 – Further penalisation To be added:
In addition to the consequences of violating rules specified in Art. 22. 7) Supplementary Regulations - Art. 16 - Finish The final CO will be located in Borgosatollo, Brescia and will be open until 9.15 pm on Saturday the 14th of May 2011. The rest of the information remains unchanged. 8) Supplementary Regulations - Art. 17 - Results There will be an additional category: c4) for groups of coefficients: - up to 1.30 - from 1.31 to 1.45 - from 1.46 to 1.55 - from 1.56 to 1.65 - from 1.66 to 1.80 9) Supplementary Regulations - Art. 22 - Publicity The last paragraph is to be substituted with the following text: During the scrutineering, the organisation and the event officials will remove from all vehicles any kind of publicity that does not conform to the above rules. Further checks will take place throughout the event. Crews that do not adhere to what is stated in this article will be awarded 12,000 penalty points and any damages caused to the organisation will be charged to the offenders. Any future entry applications for the event submitted by such crews will not be accepted. Entrants will be obliged to release the organisers from any responsability and/or damages to the organisation and to 3rd parties in general and any compensation that is due to these will be at the entrant’s expense, as a consequence of violating the aforementioned regulations.
